Kanye West’s wife, Bianca Censori, will not face any formal reprimand for her nearly nude appearance on the 2025 Grammys red carpet, according to a new report.

Neither the Recording Academy nor AEG—the two organizations behind the annual telecast—received any complaints regarding Censori’s outfit during or after the event at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, TMZ reported Monday. Additionally, sources indicate that while West, a nominee and invited guest, informed organizers of his red carpet plans, the details of his wife’s bold ensemble were not disclosed. Staff and officials were reportedly “caught off guard” by her daring display.

One vocal critic of Censori’s look was Meghan McCain, former co-host of The View, who took to X in a now-deleted post to condemn West, calling him “a repugnant, vile piece of garbage” and suggesting his wife appeared like “a victim and a hostage.”

Discussions about Censori’s outfit dominated red carpet coverage, further amplified by a now-retracted Instagram post from Entertainment Tonight, which falsely claimed that West and his wife arrived uninvited with an entourage and were escorted out.

Censori’s revealing look was reportedly inspired by the album cover of West’s 2024 LP Vultures 1, Page Six reported. The artwork features Censori facing away from the camera, clad only in black thigh-high boots and a small black mesh square secured over her lower back with a thin cord.
