New Delhi: Speculation about a potential romance between former U.S. President Barack Obama and actress Jennifer Aniston has once again captured online attention.
The rumor, which initially surfaced last year following an InTouch magazine article titled The Truth About Jen & Barack, has regained traction amidst reports of alleged tensions between Barack and Michelle Obama.
Adding fuel to the fire, an old clip of Jennifer Aniston discussing tabloid rumors during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! has resurfaced. In the video, Aniston addressed the speculation of a secret romance with the former president. "Of all the calls you get from your publicist where you're like, 'Oh no, what now?' and it’s that," she joked, adding, "I wasn’t mad at it."
Aniston also touched on some unconventional tabloid stories, including her experience with a salmon sperm facial. "Don’t I look like a salmon? Don’t I have beautiful salmon skin?" she quipped, embracing the absurdity.
The actress further revealed peculiar travel habits, admitting she once carried jars of olives and a Ziplock bag containing her late therapist’s ashes during international trips. "Can I plead the... it's a little true," she said with a laugh, adding, "Oh, I’m going to sound like I really need a therapist after this." She also reminisced about her childhood, sharing that one of her art pieces was displayed at New York’s Museum of Modern Art.
In a lighter moment, Aniston confirmed a rumor about family traditions. According to E! News, Kimmel asked if her family really made her belly dance during Christmas Eve gatherings. "Not just Christmas Eve," she replied, explaining how her Greek heritage led to frequent family performances.
"The Greeks love any kind of family dinner," she said. "They’d say, 'Let’s get up and watch!' I get such anxiety now when friends do that with their kids because it brings back the trauma of having to perform and belly dance for my great aunts, uncles, and grandparents."
The interview offered a glimpse into the actress’s humor, candidness, and unique stories, keeping audiences entertained amidst the swirl of speculation.
