Skip Bayless, the controversial sports pundit, is facing serious accusations in a workplace misconduct lawsuit filed by former Fox Sports employee, Noushin Faraji. The lawsuit claims that Bayless offered Faraji $1.5 million for sex, which occurred during her time working at the Fox Sports studios in Los Angeles, California.

Filed in the Superior Court of California on Friday, the lawsuit also alleges that Charlie Dixon, the executive vice president of content for Fox Sports 1, groped Faraji at a party in West Hollywood in January 2017. Additionally, Faraji accuses Fox Sports 1 host Joy Taylor of contributing to a hostile work environment.

The legal action asserts that Faraji endured a toxic workplace for over a decade, marked by misogyny, racism, and ableism. The lawsuit contends that Fox Sports allowed executives and talent to physically and verbally abuse employees without facing consequences. In a statement, a Fox Sports spokesperson said, "We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation."

The lawsuit, first reported by Front Office Sports, has not received any comment from Bayless, who has declined all media requests for a statement.

Faraji, who worked on the network's Undisputed show from 2016 until its cancellation in August 2024, claims that Bayless frequently engaged in inappropriate behavior. According to the lawsuit, Bayless allegedly gave Faraji lingering hugs, kissed her on the cheek, found excuses to touch her, and suggested he could "change" her life if she slept with him. During their time as colleagues, Bayless is said to have asked how much money it would take for her to have sex with him.

The lawsuit details an incident in July 2021, when Faraji confided in Bayless about a potential cancer diagnosis. Bayless is accused of then offering her $1.5 million in exchange for sex. Faraji, feeling panicked, reportedly tried to change the subject by mentioning cameras and her child, but Bayless allegedly grabbed her hands, kissed them, and made the financial offer. Faraji claims she then made an excuse to leave the situation.

Faraji's lawsuit claims she has suffered significant losses, including lost earnings, employment benefits, and other financial damages. She also alleges ongoing emotional distress, embarrassment, and fear, all of which she intends to prove at trial.

The lawsuit further asserts that when Faraji and other employees came forward to report the misconduct, Fox retaliated against them, while those responsible for the alleged abuse were promoted. Additionally, the suit claims that Fox Sports failed to pay its employees a minimum wage and did not provide adequate overtime compensation.
