Faraji’s Allegations Against Bayless According to the suit, Bayless began harassing Faraji in 2017, initially with gestures like kissing her on the cheek and making suggestive comments about changing her life if she slept with him. The harassment allegedly escalated in 2021 when Bayless threatened her job for refusing his advances. Additionally, Faraji claims that Bayless made inappropriate remarks about her culture and religion, including a comment about her father's alleged multiple marriages.

The Involvement of Joy Taylor Joy Taylor, the current host of FS1, is also named in the lawsuit. Faraji accuses Taylor of bullying her, particularly over her ethnicity. In June 2023, Faraji claims Taylor mocked her accent and criticized her involuntary humming, which Faraji says is a coping mechanism for her diagnosed PTSD.

Other Defendants and Allegations The lawsuit also includes allegations against Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon, whom Faraji claims sexually harassed and groped her. Furthermore, Faraji is pursuing a class action lawsuit, accusing Fox Sports of failing to pay workers their full wages and overtime. Additional Fox Sports executives, such as Mark Silverman and Eric Shanks, could be named as defendants later based on the ongoing investigation.

Fox Sports’ Response Fox Sports has stated that it takes the allegations seriously but declined to provide further comments at this stage due to the pending litigation.
