Storm Éowyn's Impact: Fallen Trees, Road Accidents, and More

Published at 19:14

Throughout the day, we've been reporting on the widespread disruption caused by Storm Éowyn across the UK and Ireland.

Here’s a look at some of the damage the storm has caused so far:

In Glasgow Green, strong gusts have caused trees to fall. The weather in the area is rapidly deteriorating, with the River Clyde looking particularly turbulent. The wind is so powerful that it's creating a loud roar as it sweeps through the city.

Several trees along the river's boulevard have toppled, and despite the storm, a lone jogger continues their run.

Stay safe, and remember to stay indoors.
